Jobs and assignment records
Keep a workplace and assignment record for each observed job. The public material does not yet support a complete EA job catalog.
A useful job record
Record the workplace, needed slots, assigned settlers, input dependency and output supported. Leave a field blank when it is unknown rather than treating it as zero.
Review after a change
Moving a building, changing a recipe or updating the game can invalidate an old plan. Keep the build and observation date with the staffing note so you know what to recheck.
