Prepare the evidence

• Record the exact build and whether the save began in an earlier version.
• Describe the steps that lead to the issue and what you expected instead.
• Include relevant hardware, graphics settings and an image of the message.
• Use the official support channel; do not post account credentials or private files publicly.

Do not generalize one report

A forum symptom is a lead to investigate. We do not publish a universal fix or call a problem widespread based on one unverified report.
